Bramble Bramble

Glass - rocks
Method - shake and strain
Ice - crushed

Ingredients;
50ml S&W Apple & Blackberry
25ml fresh lemon juice
12.5ml sugar syrup (2pt sugar, 1pt water)
12.5ml Creme de mure
3 Apple slices
2 blackberries

Instructions;
Add Smith & Weston Blackberry & Apple gin liqueur, lemon & sugar to shaker, fill with ice, shake until cold and strain into crushed ice filled rocks glass. Drizzle Creme be mure over the top, garnish with Apple slices and blackberries. Enjoy!

Rhubarb Martini

Glass - martini (chilled)
Method - Stirred NOT Shaken
Ice - cubed for stirring & chilling martini glass

Ingredients;
60ml S&W rhubarb gin
15ml triple sec
Lemon peel

Instructions
Fill Boston glass (glass half of shaker) with ice and add triple sec. stir for 30 seconds. Discard triple sec - do not discard ice - and add Smith & Weston rhubarb gin liqueur. Stir for another 30 seconds and fine strain into chilled martini glass. Twist lemon peel over drink and drop in. Enjoy a crystal clear martini!

Dorset Collins

Glass - Collins
Method - shake and strain
Ice - cubed
50ml S&W strawberry gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
12.5ml sugar syrup (2pt sugar, 1pt water)
Soda water
Lemon slice
Strawberry

Instructions
Add gin, lemon and sugar to shaker, fill with ice, shake until cold and strain into ice filled Collins glass. Too with soda, garnish with lemon slice and strawberry.
